Mr. Spain has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Programs and Management. A graduate of The University of Louisville, Mr. Spain has a bachelor’s degree in Education, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources Management. Mr. Spain has served as a Director of Human Resources for a local Sales and Service Corporation, and performed HR services on a long-term contract with a major division of a Fortune 100 Company.
