Small Company Human Resource Program

(Twenty employees or less)

  1. A set of all forms required to create and maintain a personnel file on each employee. Instructions are provided for properly completing the forms along with a supply of blank forms. Included are employment applications, tax forms, I-9, disciplinary action and termination forms, performance appraisals, labor law postings and more!
  2. Customized Company Handbook. An Employee handbook that meets the requirements of small businesses. Includes standard policies on Equal Employment and non-discrimination, legal disclaimers, and anti-harassment policies. Customized policies on your benefits, work rules, time off policies, and many other policies to communicate and inform your employees about your business.
  3. HR Consulting will provide follow-up and support services relating to the implementation of your HR program.
