Small Company Human Resource Program
(Twenty employees or less)
- A set of all forms required to create and maintain a personnel file on each employee. Instructions are provided for properly completing the forms along with a supply of blank forms. Included are employment applications, tax forms, I-9, disciplinary action and termination forms, performance appraisals, labor law postings and more!
- Customized Company Handbook. An Employee handbook that meets the requirements of small businesses. Includes standard policies on Equal Employment and non-discrimination, legal disclaimers, and anti-harassment policies. Customized policies on your benefits, work rules, time off policies, and many other policies to communicate and inform your employees about your business.
- HR Consulting will provide follow-up and support services relating to the implementation of your HR program.
